This story is authentic. Only the names and images have been changed to preserve anonymity and avoid blaming anyone directly.
I am reaching out to anyone of good will who can help me get out of this deadlock. Your support is invaluable, and I sincerely appreciate any assistance.
🙏 This is a call for solutions, not for judgment or moral lessons.
For several years, I have dedicated myself to helping job seekers by freely sharing my expertise.
Through nearly 300 educational and informative articles, I aimed to fill a gap, I noticed a lack of accessible and practical resources for those looking for a job.
I published these articles on a professional social platform, believing that my work could provide real value to those in need.
But one day, I noticed something strange…
A Troubling Discovery: Where Did My Articles Go?

Having doubts about the visibility of my posts, I reached out to some friends to check if they could still see my articles in their feed.
Their response was shocking: they could no longer see my publications, and my profile seemed nonexistent. I was unsearchable.
Curious, I investigated further. Had I been a victim of a shadowban?
This phenomenon, well-known among social media users, consists of restricting a user's visibility without notification or clear explanation.

An Investigation Leading to a Dead End
Determined to understand what was happening, I tried several ways to access my account.
That’s when I encountered a vicious cycle of increasingly complex CAPTCHAs, keeping me trapped in an endless loop.
After multiple attempts, a message appeared: "Log in with Gmail or Facebook."
But I’m not naive. By demanding these additional logins, the platform was simply collecting more data to further restrict my access.
I tried anyway… but to no avail.
A Nonexistent Customer Service and Growing Frustration

Faced with this situation, I reached out to the platform’s customer support.
Their response? An automated message asking me to clear my cache, switch browsers… In short, a series of useless steps meant to wear me down and make me give up.
I insisted, engaging in multiple exchanges… but it was like talking to a Stone Age AI incapable of understanding my situation.
Always the same beginner’s tutorials, no real assistance.
I even tried contacting a customer service representative of the professional social platform via private message on X (formerly Twitter). No response
My Articles Held Hostage: A Trust Trap
The worst part of this story?
I placed too much trust in this platform.
I did not have a complete backup of my 300 articles, believing naively that my work would always be accessible to those who needed it.
Today, I am blocked, my posts are inaccessible, and I cannot even recover my own content to republish it on my website as: mvinnovative.com.
It’s a huge feeling of powerlessness watching years of work disappear in an instant, with no way to claim my rights or recover my own writings.
Treated Like a Criminal: The Ultimate Humiliation

As if all this wasn’t enough, the platform demanded a copy of my passport, driver’s license, and other personal documents, claiming it was to "recover my account."
At this point, there was no way I could trust them anymore.
After being sidelined without explanation, after seeing my articles disappear, after being treated as an unwanted user, why would I give them even more sensitive information?
The worst part is that this security based request offers no guarantee.
Who’s to say this won’t simply be used to reinforce their system to lock me out even more effectively?
Their total lack of transparency only fuels my doubts and strengthens my refusal to cooperate with such an unjust system.
A Bitter Conclusion: Censorship Under the Pretext of Posting Too Much
In the end, the only explanation I was given was that I had published "too many articles."
But why impose such a restriction on a platform that is supposed to promote knowledge sharing and professionalism?
Today, my account remains blocked, and my hundreds of articles meant to help job seekers are held hostage.
Beyond My Case: A Problem of Transparency and Fairness
My experience raises an essential question: Can we still freely share knowledge on digital platforms?
The lack of transparency and real support from these companies shows that they favour opaque control over fostering constructive exchanges.
Yet, these platforms exist because of their community, and it’s time they realize that.
Meanwhile, I continue my mission elsewhere, convinced that helping job seekers is more important than pleasing an incomprehensible algorithm.
